Overview: This final reflection paper should be a synthesis of the work you completed throughout the semester and is the last 15% of your final grade.
Write an essay that draws on your experiences (lesson presentations, portfolios, etc.) in conjunction with the readings from class. If you have other experiences with teaching or other pedagogical theories that are relevant, feel free to address those as well. Be sure to include a thesis statement in your introductory paragraph.
Your paper should have a thesis, and should address how you see yourself as a teacher of writing.
You should address the following topics in your paper:

It will help you place your philosophy of teaching writers into perspective, which will be important for creating and modifying teaching plans, providing goals and objectives in job interviews, and for justifying your teaching methods and content to both parents and administration.
