Persuasive Argument: Banned Book
Overview: Visit the websites below and choose a book that is new to you and read it. Write a rationale to your school board/administrator as to why the book should be removed from the banned book list, and why you wish to teach it to your students. Be sure to include some of the literary and pedagogical theory that has been discussed in class.

Your paper should have a clear thesis statement in an introduction that quickly captures your readers’ interest. The body should be full of supportive reasons, details and examples.
